Most of my clients work with me for a very short period of time as a consultant, to set up customized systems and processes that will support them in working more productively to reach their professional and personal goals.
Our work together continues with coaching over the next three months (or longer), as my clients form the habits and behaviors that enable them to benefit from the systems and processes we’ve set up together, while also receiving objective, professional support and encouragement as they work to achieve goals.
Note: Coaching does not always include consulting work, as some of my clients are already very organized and productive and don’t need that kind of support and assistance. Consulting does not always include coaching, as some of my clients are already working with another coach or are not interested in coaching.

I typically work with business professionals who appear to "have it all together," but who would probably be embarrassed if others knew their reality. Here are examples of some challenges my clients have shared with me:
I feel like something is missing in my life – but I'm not exactly sure what it is. All I know is that I need a change, but I don’t know where to begin.
My private office is so disorganized and cluttered. It's overwhelming! I can't even remember the last time I invited a client to meet with me there.
