How does coaching work?
We begin with a complimentary phone session to help both of us understand your present situation—where your challenges lie and what your goals are.
If we decide we're a good match, we meet weekly--usually three times a month-- via Skype or telephone (which means geography isn't an issue as long as you have Internet or phone service), to clarify your vision of your ideal life, and we identify specific action steps to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
We also identify and discuss obstacles that might hinder your success, and solutions for overcoming them.
