Incredible Contact Management AND Follow-up System: I am using a program called Oprius, which enables me to keep all of my contacts in one place, and then create groups of different types of people (prospects, clients, referral partners, friends, family, etc.) and a follow-up plan for as many groups as I want. Web Editing Software: I was introduced to Macromedia Contribute a couple years ago, and it has saved me a lot of time and money. Now, instead of sending every single web site change or addition to my webmaster, I make some of the changes myself. (I still choose to delegate the bigger jobs to her!) The interface looks very similar to what the page will look like when it is published to your site, as Contribute "translates" what you write into HTML code. Bottom line, you don't need to know any HTML code in order to publish to your own web site. It has paid for itself many times over in Webmaster fee savings.
