Celebrate Your Success!

We are exactly halfway through the year. Now is a great time to reflect on the positive changes you have made in your life over the last six months so you can anchor what you've learned, reinforce the good habits you've formed, and celebrate your accomplishments!

The quality of your life is directly related to the positive changes you have made in these areas of your life:

  • Relationships: How have you been a better partner, spouse, family member or friend?  How have you grown this year in your relationship with yourself and others?  Are you more confident, less tolerant of inappropriate behavior, more courageous, more assertive, a better listener, more thoughtful or generous?

  • Business / career: How have you been a better employee, co-worker, or business partner/owner?

  • Finances: How have you improved your financial health (increased income, reduced expenses, retirement planning, increased charitable giving, etc.)?

  • Spiritual life: How have you improved your spiritual health?

  • Health:  How have you taken better care of your body and mind?

  • Hobbies:  What have you done to increase your activity level with hobbies or non-work related activities that bring you pleasure?

  • Environment: What positive changes have you made to your environment (home, office, car, or any other place where you spend time)?

When you're feeling good about who you are being right now, you'll strengthen the most important relationship of all—the one with yourself.  In doing so, you'll attract more quality experiences, opportunities and people into your life.  Focus on what has been working well for you, instead of what still needs to change. Focusing on positive change will attract more positive change!

Take some time now to inventory your positive changes. By acknowledging your growth, you'll build self-respect and self-trust, while raising your level of consciousness about what is going on in your life.  All of this will support you in making even more healthy choices throughout the rest of the year.

One great way to celebrate your wins is to acknowledge who and what you are grateful for.  Expressing gratitude to others on a daily basis will make you feel good and will do amazing things for your relationships, too.  I invite you to participate in a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge.  Click here to learn more.

Moving Forward

"The way to get started is to

quit talking and begin doing."

-Walt Disney

Are you moving forward every day, or backward?  You are constantly moving. There is no standing still. There is no coasting, as everything you do either compliments or compromises, impresses or disappoints, builds up or tears down, turns on or turns off, adds or subtracts. Nothing is neutral.

Everything counts--everything you think, everything you say, everything you do—either moves you one step closer to or further from your goals.

We're exactly halfway through the year this week.  What daily concrete actions are you taking to move you in the direction you want to go for the second half of 2012?

If you would like to pick up some organizing tips to apply in your work or home environment, scroll down and check out my free Buried in Paper webinar.

Take the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge!

So often the people most important in our lives don’t understand what they mean to us.  I invite you to participate in a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge that will allow you to tell people how important they are to you.  Every person you know wants to feel appreciated.

What is the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge?  You simply commit to beginning each day-- for the next 30 consecutive days--by sending a card of gratitude to someone you care about, including your own personalized heartfelt message of gratitude. It will take less than five minutes and will cost you about a dollar a day.

Why would you want to participate?  Beginning each day by expressing gratitude will set the tone for your whole day, and it will also have a profound effect on your relationships.  The following story was written by a man who has recently participated in the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge:

Wow! I never dreamed this Gratitude Challenge could be so huge. I did my 30+ days and plan to continue. It has done the following for me. Two of my former career bosses were greatly touched and left phone messages which I have kept. My former 2 business partners have changed their interactions with me to being more personal.  I had one of my golf buddies thank me with tears in his eyes. My longest and best friend of over 65 years called me late at night telling me his card was a landmark milestone in his life. The best was the healing with my daughter who was estranged with me over personal matters. After receiving my card, she called on Father's Day. I called her 3 days later on her 46th birthday. Now I am invited to visit her and the family in a few weeks in North Carolina!

Why would anyone not do this?

Try the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge with no obligation and with a guarantee!  If you send a card a day for 30 days and it does not have a profound effect on your life, let me know in a month.  We’ll just cancel your account and I’ll pay for your cards.

Here’s how you get started:  Contact me at kathy@OrgCoach.net and let me know that you want to participate in the 30-Day Gratitude Challenge.  I’ll provide you with information so you can set up a free account to access an internet-based system I've been personally using for more than six years to send out cards of gratitude, holiday and birthday cards, and much more.

Once you set up your free account, you will be able to send a real paper greeting card in the mail without leaving your home or office, and it will only cost you about a dollar a card.

Ready to Get Organized?
Need help getting organized?

This FREE webinar will help!

Is this you?

  • Do you often wonder where the time went?
  • Does your to-do list keep getting longer, even though it feels like nothing is getting done?
  • Have you totally given up on keeping a to-do list?
  • Do you have trouble finding what you need?
  • Do you feel like you’ll NEVER catch up?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, I can help out by teaching you some powerful techniques that will help you increase your personal and professional productivity. In fact, don't be surprised if you can add an hour or MORE to your day EVERY DAY.

Imagine what you would do with an extra hour each and every day. That is an additional 365 hours or over nine 40 hour work weeks of extra time. Think of this next time you make the statement, "I wish I had more time".

Here's what you'll be able to accomplish when you attend my upcoming Buried in Paper webinar and put what you learn into practice:

  • Set your priorities and focus on what matters most (do this and you'll be amazed at how fast you can start crossing things off your to-do list).
  • Remember important follow-up tasks BEFORE rather than AFTER… (wouldn't that save tons of stress not to mention embarrassment?).
  • Efficiently handle mail, filing, returning phone calls and other repetitive tasks so you'll have more time to do the things you LOVE to do.
  • Streamline information management and communications (no more time wasted on information that's "interesting but not relevant" to what you need NOW).
  • Relax and enjoy a less cluttered environment.

Through Network Marketing

Although my book was written especially for network marketing professionals, several of the people who reviewed it plan to purchase a copy for their family and friends who are not in the network marketing profession. It is full of valuable tips and tools that can be used in any walk of life. Click here to learn more about the treasures that await you in this book, or read some excerpts!

In addition to writing my book, I also wrote lyrics to a song and recorded that song.  The CD accompanies the book. You can also hear the song right now, Listen to Your Heart, by going to my website above.

If you’d like to access the Foreword by Jack Canfield, as well as my Introduction and the first chapter of my book, please visit the website and look for the "Read Excerpts" link.

My book has been selected by the DSWA (Direct Selling Women's Alliance) to launch their Direct Selling Mastermind Book Club. This is a new global chapter program, and they have selected five books to study in 2012. I am deeply honored that they have chosen to launch their new program with my book.  They launched the program by interviewing me on 2/15/12, and you can listen to the interview here.
